Bulk/Print Grade Microtaggant Identification Particles

For your convenience, Microtrace offers Microtaggants® in pure form for incorporation in your products and processes.

Microtrace formulates custom solutions utilizing Microtaggants and other taggant technologies. With Microtaggants, whether one or hundreds of code sequences are needed, each one is certified and registered on our central database. No code is ever produced again for any other entity, ensuring positive identification and authentication capabilities. Bulk Microtaggant

Microtaggant Identification Particles can be supplied in bulk quantities (hundreds or thousands of pounds) to be mixed directly into product or materials for identification and authentication purposes, as well as for tracing explosives. Microtrace currently has several customers to which we supply thousands of pounds of Microtaggant code annually in "Bulk" form to be incorporated directly into their products - mainly used to address warranty/liability issues. Bulk encoded particles can be mixed directly with your product or materials.

Print Grade Microtaggant

Microtrace can supply you with print grade Microtaggants in gram or pound quantities, which can be used for various printing applications. The code particles may be applied to any label using rotary screen or flat screen-printing techniques or other dispensing methods. Typically, approximately 25-50 particles will be printed in a small spot or line using a clear ink "carrier" material to encapsulate the particles to the surface of a label.
