With a Laser System you can:
  • Create a microscopic covert marking invisible to the naked eye. Laser markings can be as small as 30 microns (a human hair is approximately 100 microns thick)
  • Mark virtually any substrate including;
    • Plastics: bottles, lids, containers, packaging, etc. Special laser marking compounded resins may be required. With these specialized compounds, a color change occurs where the laser marks the finished part creating a variety of colors and contrasts.
    • Metals: direct part marking
    • Diamonds: Inscribed on the girdle to increase brand awareness, personalize, etc.
    • Crystal, glass, gold, etc.
    • Pharmaceutical Tablets / Pills: Direct tablet marking of pharmaceuticals for track, trace and authentication

The laser marking systems are user friendly and most are operated by a Windows program which allows you to view what you want to mark prior to marking.

  • Aircraft / Automotive Parts: Small barcodes can be applied to metal parts or even on the coating of wires to ensure 100% part traceability.
